Job Description:
- End-to-end project lifecycle management (Agile,Waterfall, sprint panning, Jira)
- Cloud/Database/Application Migration Management (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Azure, AWS)
- Stakeholder & Risk Management (CAB, GRC, Compliance)
- PMO Governance (Financials, Audits, Reporting via GSNOW/Tableau)
- Incident & Change Management (ITIL, SLA-driven resolutions)
- Tools: MS Project, Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint
- Process Improvement: ITIL, ITSM, Root Cause Analysis
- Stakeholder Communication: Cross-functional team leadership
- Exp working on Managed Infra/End user/Cloud based Project
- Ability to manage medium and large IT projects under timeline pressure and within budget
- Ability to communicate across all level of an organization
- Ability to lead a diverse team from multiple functions of the organization
- Vendor Management skills
- Manage complete lifecycle of project - Initiation to Closure
- Responsible for planning, tracking milestones, activity schedules, issue resolution, resourcing, costs, risk mitigation etc.
- Develop, Execute & Track various plans
- Project Plan in accordance with SOW agreed with client

- Effective project handover for Steady State Operations (Project Closure)
- Travel to client site as required
