About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Manager with 12–15 years of IT experience, with deep expertise in Data Migrations, SQL, and ETL processes. Healthcare / EHR domain experience is an added advantage.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for
end-to-end project delivery, financial governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
This role involves close collaboration with US-based clients, internal cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on understanding of Data Migration strategies and execution
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
- Deep experience with ETL tools and frameworks
- Expertise in data validation, reconciliation, and large-volume data handling
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Experience reviewing technical architecture and migration approaches
Functional Skills
- End-to-end delivery and program management
- Financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control
- Risk identification and mitigation planning
- Stakeholder and client communication, especially with US customers
- Resource planning, utilization tracking, and vendor management
- Delivery governance, reporting, and KPI management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of data migration and ETL programs across multiple projects
- Define project scope, timelines, delivery approach, and success metrics
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices
- Provide delivery leadership for large-scale healthcare data migration initiatives
- Review migration plans, architecture, and execution with technical leads
- Manage project financials including billing, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Act as primary point of contact for US-based clients and executive stakeholders
- Lead status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive communications
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy, security controls)
- Lead, mentor, and grow project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (BCA /B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E.)
- 12–15 years of experience in IT project delivery, with significant experience in delivery or project management roles
- Strong hands-on experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and ETL processes
- PMP, Cloud Certification, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Healthcare / EHR domain experience preferred
- Experience working with US-based clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with overlap during US time zones
