Job Description:

These are QA roles we have for the US market within media, where associates are expected to audit the work performed by the Onshore account team. It will require high level of media expertise in respective channels to ensure quality output. Need excellent communication skills & quality profiles please.

Domain Knowledge:

End to end domain knowledge about Programmatic/Display

Platform expertise: DV360 for Programmatic and CM360 for Display

Client management skills: Should be able to independently handle client communication.

QA skills: Should outline QA skills or have understanding of performing Quality checks.

Communication skills: Must be fluent in terms of communication since there will be daily connects with US team members.

The Lead QA is a client-facing role responsible for leading quality assurance activities across programmatic campaigns with hands-on platform proficiency in DV360 (Display & Video 360), The Trade Desk (TTD), Amazon Ads, and Adform. The role focuses on reviewing and auditing work completed by onshore teams, assigning and executing QA tasks, and managing day to day feedback mechanisms to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

The Lead QA collaborates closely with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify quality expectations, provide actionable feedback, track defects and error leakages, and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs (Quality & TAT), and process guidelines. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, driving team meetings, and taking end to end ownership of deliverables.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong Subject matter expertise in the domain an eye for detail
  • Assign and execution of jobs
  • Excellent Analytical / Logical reasoning abilities
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, conduct quality checks on multiple critical campaigns / projects
  • Audit critical jobs generated by various teams
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to clients to support necessary corrections and improvements
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to clarify quality expectations and resolve issues
  • Report the details of the QA on a daily dashboard and record the details onto the ticketing system tool
  • Check ticketing system for accuracy of error reporting by the QA teams
  • Identify, track and report any leakage in errors / defects from the teams/QC checks in the Ad Ops
  • Train/monitor junior planners and help them with their performance
  • Quality check their own work and able to complete tasks independently
  • Act as Lead and take accountability in running the process
  • Accountability for end-to-end deliverables
  • Proactive communication to Lead/Supervisor on identified gaps in the project
  • Drive Team meetings and ensure the KPI's are achieved. [Quality & TAT]
  • Follow-ups within the team and job prioritization to be clearly communicated
  • Daily Report on the job summary and SLA status
