What You'll Do
- The Manager Program Management is responsible for leading a team of program managers to ensure successful execution of a crossfunctional project portfolio for supply chain This includes governance of timelines, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement
- The role acts as the senior escalation point for programlevel challenges and ensures disciplined program execution in alignment with business goals
- This role is also responsible to lead continous improvement and process discipline efforts and should challenge the status quo and build a sense of urgency and ownership on projects and cross functions involved
- Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 program management professionals, ensuring capability building, skills development, and succession readiness
Program Portfolio Management
- Oversee endtoend delivery of the program portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build strong relationships with regional leaders, category leads, plant leadership, and crossfunctional teamsdrawing from your experience driving multistakeholder alignment on ESSP, and other procurment excellence tools
Escalation Management
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues and removal of roadblocks
Continuous Improvement & Process Discipline
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the program management function, aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS) practices
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Deliver executivelevel reporting, status dashboards, and program summaries to leadership
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all programs adhere to internal processes - ESSP, Should cost, TCO, CRA-SRA, DSFRA, stagegate criteria, and documentation standards
Qualifications
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferably Electrical/Electronics
- Minimum 12-14 years of professional experience with 7+ year relevant experience in Project / Program Management and strategic sourcing.
- PMP/PgmP prefered

- Implement process simplification and stabilisation initiatives (e.g.SOP deployments) ensuring alignment with business system requirements
- Cross Functional collaboration and Global Initiaitives Partnership - Strengthen working relationships with plant functions (quality, engineering, materials, procurement and rest of the COE teams)
