Manager - Program Development

• This individual will lead a team responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
• The Manager of Program Development will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive program development strategy aligned with the company's mission, vision, and objectives
• Lead a team of program development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve goals
• Identify new program opportunities through market research, stakeholder engagement, and analysis of industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams, to gather insights and ensure alignment on program priorities and objectives
• Manage the end-to-end program development process, including needs assessment, design, planning, execution, and evaluation
• Oversee the development of program materials, including curriculum, training resources, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with program objectives and audience needs
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs, and regularly assess and report on program performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program delivery, enhance participant experience, and achieve desired outcomes
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support program development efforts and enhance program offerings
