Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & GTM Strategy

  • Lead the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Boost, defining success metrics including event targets, priority geographies, commission structures, and revenue milestones
  • Translate business objectives into actionable GTM plans with measurable outcomes
  • Identify structural growth levers and optimize program inputs to maximize revenue realization

Packaging & Pricing

  • Partner with PRS to design customized commercial packages and dynamic rate cards aligned to demand trends
  • Identify strategic unlocks for GCS clients to enhance value proposition and drive incremental revenue
  • Continuously refine pricing frameworks to ensure competitiveness and profitability

ICP & Market Intelligence

  • Build and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) frameworks using historical performance data, market intelligence, and category insights
  • Develop structured datasets of priority categories and high-potential clients
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to sharpen targeting and improve conversion metrics

Sales Motion Boost

  • Enable Boost sales teams through structured training on platform capabilities and GTM best practices
  • Drive disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting accuracy, and follow-up rigor to improve revenue predictability
  • Develop sales playbooks and performance dashboards to improve win rates and execution consistency

Agency Strategy & Sales Motion

  • Establish structured JBP frameworks with key agency partners to drive demand generation
  • Identify growth opportunities within agency ecosystems and align incentives to revenue objectives
  • Own end-to-end agency pipeline governance including build, track, reporting, and closure acceleration
  • Implement structured reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability

JioStar Partner Program & Incentives

  • Track agency performance against defined milestones and revenue targets
  • Manage communication calendars and structured engagement with partner agencies
  • Monitor incentive deals, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate timely payouts with internal stakeholders
