As an Associate Manager at UKG, you'll play a crucial role in supporting your team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing resources and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently to enable a seamless follow the sun implementation methodology. You'll support the internal Executive Sponsor for assigned projects, provide leadership throughout the launch cycle, and partner with other departments to deliver a launch experience that aligns with, or exceeds, expectations.
The team you will be leading will be responsible for implementing UKG's Full Suite HCM Solution to our customers, globally. You'll serve as the delivery lead on UKG engagements, providing oversight to the project team and maintaining impactful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly understand the portfolio of project requirements and objectives while ensuring project profitability.
- Drive consistency and repeatability of project delivery across the business to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Proactively manage the health of projects through ongoing quality assurance techniques, reporting, and activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing customer escalations as required.
- Accurately forecast project staffing needs and work closely to staff projects while maximizing overall staff utilization.
- Directly manage Project Management staff to inspire them to achieve their best and provide ongoing career development/mentoring.
- Identify and implement key improvement initiatives that result in efficiencies and innovations benefiting external and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field; MBA Desired.
- 10-12 Years of Work Experience; People Management Preferred.
- An ambitious, experienced Professional Services Leader with proven skills.
- Strong Project Management Skills and Enterprise Software Experience.
- A solid understanding of Professional Services Operations, including performance benchmarks/levers, resource deployment, staff development, and partner management.
- A business-minded leader with the ability to understand technical situations and possess an executive-level presence and credibility with customers.
- Demonstrated experience in selling services as part of an Enterprise Software Company.
- Outstanding people/team management and communication skills.
