Ensure adherence to work permits / Job Safety by generating awareness & training & adherence of PPE.
- Adherence to Environmental Standards & initiate measures for recycling.
- Reviewing the production plan for both mainline, Rigid Pipe Section Line and Briquette plant
- Develop & monitor Dashboard to track KPI on SQDCME.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and Customer Service Dept. to implement optimized plan for best yield & customer satisfaction through best quality & timely delivery.
- Ensure daily update of MIS with zero deviation.
- Be part of the team to do root cause analysis & CAPA for quality complaints, defects & equipment breakdowns.
- Lead continual improvements to improve Quality, skill, operating costs and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure equipment healthy by ensuring basic AM checks & timely requests for maintenance service.
- Coordinate with Maintenance & ensure implementation of Preventive Maintenance Plan / schedules as per due dates and SAP.
- Plan yearly Capex & general budget, coordinating with Plant Head Silvassa and ensure implementation within budget and agreed timelines.
- Review, monitor & ensure availability of critical production consumables within the budget.
- Plan & organize on the job training to keep the team updated with improvements /unique problem resolution/ multi skilling etc.
- Ensure to strictly adhere QMS plan & comply SOPs.
- Conduct new products & process trials timely and make it operational on approval.
- Conduct Process, Product & Safety Audits at defined intervals and implement the action plans within due dates.
- Ensure 5 S & general discipline & follow code of conduct on shop-floor.
