Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
1520 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production operations, preferably in lubricants or chemical or Paint industry
Industry: Lubricants / Petroleum / Chemicals / Paint
Key Skills and Competencies:
-Strong expertise in lubricant blending, production, QC with hands-on ERP (SAP) experience. Excellent people maanagement, data analysis, process improvement & compliance skills

-Manage end-to-end plant and third-party toll blending operations
-Oversee raw material and packaging material planning, production scheduling, and inventory control
-Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and audits
-Drive quality control and process improvements
-Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance
-Handle complaints and quality issues through CAPA and RCA methodologies
-Coordinate and supervise cross-functional activities such as new development, testing, and vendor approvals, technical support and customer audits
-Identify and liquidate slow/non-moving materials
-Lead and manage team
