Manager, Production Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Netflix India Creative Team on development goals, slate planning, and production considerations.
• Work closely with Production Management, Production Finance, Creative, Business Affairs, and Legal Affairs on schedules, workflows, and operational planning.
• Collaborate with Executive Producers, Line Producers, and Showrunners to prepare, evaluate, and optimize show budgets and production schedules.
• Review scripts to assess production strategy, feasibility, risk areas, budget requirements, and shooting schedules.
• Track and manage production costs with Production Finance, keeping all key stakeholders updated on changes and financial health.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Post, Music, Localization) and external teams to finalize schedules and ensure smooth production workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, communicate changes to timelines, and adjust delivery expectations as needed.
• Support external EPs in sourcing and hiring key production staff.
• Identify and engage key vendors aligned with creative needs, budget considerations, and location requirements.
• Lead and supervise inclusive production staffing and ensure safe working environments in collaboration with Health & Safety and Inclusion teams.
