Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Collections MIS dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Drive data-driven collection strategies across DPD buckets (0–30, 30–60, 60–90, 90+).
- Analyze portfolio performance, roll rates, delinquency trends, and recovery metrics.
- Design segmentation strategies (risk-based, geography, product-wise).
- Implement and monitor collection treatments (calling, field, legal, agency allocation).
- Conduct A/B testing for different collection strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Track and optimize agency/vendor performance and allocation strategy.
- Work closely with Product & IT teams to automate MIS and dashboards (Power BI / SQL).
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance across systems.
- Prepare management review decks, insights, and performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collections.
Strategy & Analytics – Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of collections strategy framework and lifecycle.
- Expertise in DPD analysis, roll rate, bounce rate, and recovery curve analysis.
- Experience in portfolio analytics and delinquency management.
- Ability to create segmentation models and prioritization strategies.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau.
- Experience in predictive analytics / scorecards (preferred).
- Strong capability in handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Finance / Commerce / Business
- MBA (Finance / Analytics / Operations) preferred
Experience Required:
- 4–8 years of experience in Collections MIS / Strategy / Analytics in NBFC/BFSI
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboarding, and collections strategy
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Improvement in collection efficiency & recovery rates
- Reduction in delinquency & roll forward ratios
