This is a contractual engagement under the Project Management Unit (PMU) for an initial period of 5 years, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.

Designation - Manager - Finance (Banking & Treasury)

Level - E3

Job Location - New Delhi

Type of Employment - Contractual under Project management unit (PMU) of GeM.

JOB SPECIFICATION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition.
  • Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective product modules
  • Defines the product roadmap, product metrics, conduct user interviews, work with MSP to prepare the Business requirement documents, writes the process requirement document & work with design team to build the design wireframes/working prototypes
  • Closely works with support team to identify the issues faced by the users in the respective module
  • Ensure ease of use of the platform and delivery of a high-class user experience
  • Maintain product and market knowledge. Analyze and keep abreast of market trends.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teams
  • Any other responsibility as assigned from time to time

Key Shared Accountabilities:

  • Support in decision making and share ownership of the platform and its features and functionality
  • Partner closely with the BI and Analytics team to understand, track and optimize the experience for buyers and sellers based on data

JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Essential –

  • Minimum 6 years experience in product management and in design & execution of B2B/B2C products (platform) involving end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Desirable –

  • Development of software modules in the ecommerce space.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology from a reputed institute or University or BCA and MCA from a reputed institute or University.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Individual should have a unique blend of business judgment and technical comfort
  • Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment.
