Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives, client needs, and market trends.
- Product Development & Enhancements: Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
- Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Analyze large-scale transaction and merchant datasets to derive actionable insights that drive product improvements and customer value.
- Client Engagement & Solutioning: Partner with sales, consulting, and customer success teams to understand client pain points, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive adoption.
