Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst with deep expertise in Indian Stock Broking, specifically in Trading Platforms and CTCL-based solutions. The role involves owning vendor-led trading systems, including OMS, RMS, Price Feed Adapters, Dealer Terminals, and Web & Mobile Applications, while ensuring growth, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product lifecycle of trading platforms and associated vendor systems.
- Drive product roadmap, vendor relationships, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, broker risk management policies, and exchange guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Track customer behavior and product usage using analytics tools like Clevertap, Firebase, or Google Analytics.
- Support enhancements and troubleshooting of trading systems in coordination with vendors.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms such as ODIN, OMNINEST, or Kambala.
- Strong understanding of broker risk management, exchange regulations, and SEBI compliance.
- Proven experience in product roadmap planning and vendor management.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in drafting BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Background in stock broking firms, trading system vendors, or fintechs focused on capital markets.
