Key Responsibilities:
- Take hands-on ownership of an AI software product, including managing its roadmap, development, and market success.
- Define product requirements and work closely with engineering to execute them.
- Work directly with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with marketing and competitive analysis teams to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Define and measure key product metrics to guide decision making.
- Provide product expertise to sales and customer-facing teams.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the product strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of product management and AI experience with a proven ability to deliver successful software products.
- Strong background in AI software products, with a solid understanding of AI frameworks, AI models, and system-level inference optimizations.
- Hands-on experience with AI application development is a big plus.
- Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps, features, and releases.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with customer needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with FPGA technology or similar hardware acceleration technologies is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of AI model deployment, profiling, and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a people management.
