Responsibilities
- Drive digital consumer experience for customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp & ensure business cases and customer satisfaction goals are met by working closely with the business, tech and design teams.
- Use digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities for defined KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, and installs.
- Digitize experience by launching features and enhancing user experience.
- Drive digital KPIs through AB testing, multivariate testing, personalized features, and products.
- Use analytics tools to effectively measure, analyze, and quantify the impact of all products, features, and use cases.
- Track, analyze, and report a variety of traffic and usage data metrics to draw meaningful insights and create feature prioritization.
- Test new product features before they are implemented to ensure adherence to product specifications.
- Participate in user feedback interviews and surveys to gather product intelligence and use it for new product features and enhancement.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent/ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management or related field.
5-8 Years of experience
