Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Procurement & Spend Analytics!
In this role you are responsible for focusing on controlling costs, improving supplier performance, and ensuring transparency in organizational spending. The core tasks include collecting and cleansing spend data, categorizing expenses, analyzing patterns, and generating actionable insights for better decision-making Responsibilities:

.Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to identify spending patterns and trends.
.Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
.Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in procurement processes, Highlighting opportunities for bulk purchasing, supplier consolidation, or renegotiation.
.Automate: Automate Recurring reporting processes and Support ad-hoc spend analysis requests
.Supplier Performance: Evaluate supplier performance and recommend strategies for Improvement. Assessing supplier risk exposure (financial stability, geopolitical risks).

.Strategic Support: Provide insights to support strategic procurement decisions and initiatives.
.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
.Compliance & Governance : Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements, detecting fraudulent or non-compliant transactions and Supporting audit readiness with transparent spend records

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor%27s or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience: Proven experience in Procurement, Spend analytics or a similar role.
.Exposure to Statistical concepts ( good to have )
.Skills: Strong Analytical Skills, proficiency in data analysis tools
.Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
.Proficiency in MS Office, Coupa and other analytical tools
.Experience in SQL, Python, BI tools ( such as Power BI or Tableau is good to have)
