Key Responsibilities:
Process Excellence & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Maintain Business Process Maps and Playbooks to visualize workflows and document best practices.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
- Apply BPMN 2.0 standards for process documentation and improvement.
Project & Change Management
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects from scope definition to execution and control.
- Develop project plans, identify risks, and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
- Guide change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process enhancements.
- Measure project results and communicate impact using clear metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build relationships across departments to align priorities and gain support for programs.
- Facilitate workshops and engage SMEs to gather insights and foster innovation.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Innovation & Digitization
- Champion digital transformation plans that support infrastructure and managed services.
- Promote innovative thinking and challenge the status quo to improve operations.
- Use automation and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making and transparency.
