Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Excellence & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Maintain Business Process Maps and Playbooks to visualize workflows and document best practices.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Apply BPMN 2.0 standards for process documentation and improvement.

Project & Change Management

  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects from scope definition to execution and control.
  • Develop project plans, identify risks, and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
  • Guide change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process enhancements.
  • Measure project results and communicate impact using clear metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build relationships across departments to align priorities and gain support for programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage SMEs to gather insights and foster innovation.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Innovation & Digitization

  • Champion digital transformation plans that support infrastructure and managed services.
  • Promote innovative thinking and challenge the status quo to improve operations.
  • Use automation and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making and transparency.
