Sap Abap Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining ABAP programs and reports
• Collaborating with functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications
• Performing unit testing and debugging of ABAP programs
• Optimizing existing ABAP code for performance improvements
• Troubleshooting issues in SAP systems and providing solutions
• Participating in the implementation of new SAP modules or enhancements
• Creating technical documentation for developed solutions

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language
• Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP
• Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI
• Understanding of data dictionary objects like Tables, Views, and Data Elements
• Experience with SAP Enhancements and User Exits
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques in ABAP
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications
• Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules and technologies
