Role mandate

Lead the central pricing and configuration control tower for the HCV business across India. Own pricing inputs, configuration governance, and marketplace control levers across categories, cities, and corridors. Drive consistency, correctness, and agility in how pricing and configurations are designed, deployed, and monitored. Act as the central owner for translating business objectives into pricing and configuration actions at scale.

Key responsibilities

- Own end to end pricing charter for HCV across India

- Lead the central configuration control tower across categories and cities

- Design and manage pricing frameworks across distance buckets, corridors, and vehicle categories

- Ensure correct and consistent configuration deployment across markets

- Drive market-aligned pricing through benchmarking and structured experimentation

- Build and manage pricing playbooks and governance mechanisms

- Partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Operations

- Own pricing experiment lifecycle end to end

- Identify gaps and solve through structured interventions

- Create visibility and review rhythms for key marketplace metrics

- Drive standardization across cities while allowing contextual flexibility
