We currently have an exciting career opportunity for
Manager to join the
PMO CXO team in our
National Advisory practice.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

This position will support our CXO PMO Team and as an Audit Industry
Manager - PMO, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the Finance sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- PMO Governance & Portfolio Oversight
- Define, implement, and continuously enhance PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards.
- Oversee creation and review of project charters, business cases, RAID logs, project plans, and communication frameworks.
- Drive portfolio-level reporting, ensuring accurate KPI tracking, RAG status updates, and executive-ready dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with PMO policies, quality standards, and audit requirements across all programs.
- Program & Project Leadership
- Lead large, complex, multi-tower transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage program timelines, resource strategies, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, dependency mapping, and change control processes.
- Chair governance forums, steering committees, and leadership reviews with CXO stakeholders.

Hands-on Experience In Driving Transformation Across
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Treasury
- Supply Chain
- Technology transformation (ERP modernization, RPA, workflow automation, system migrations)
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the primary bridge between offshore delivery teams and onshore leadership.
- Influence and collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders, business heads, and functional leaders.
- Manage relationships across IT, finance, HR, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and ensure clarity of priorities across global teams.
- Reporting, Analytics & Documentation Excellence
- Build and manage executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel models.
- Deliver high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly program updates for senior leadership.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, process maps, workflows, and closure reports.
- Support financial governance through budgeting, variance analysis, and ROI measurement.
- YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- PMP strongly preferred
- Agile/Scrum Master, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma are added advantages
- Expertise in PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation and process re-engineering
- Advanced Excel, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead in a global matrix environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong organizational discipline
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive outcomes across teams
- Experience in shared services, GCC, BPO, or consulting environments
- Working with US or European clients
- Managing global, multitime zone delivery teams
- Leading PMO setup, transformation offices, or enterprise-wide change programs
- Consistent on-time, on-budget delivery of programs
- High accuracy and quality of executive reporting
- Measurable improvements in process efficiency and transformation outcomes
- Strong governance discipline and stakeholder satisfaction
