Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Digital Marketer to lead end-to-end digital growth charter. This is for someone who can combine brand thinking with business outcomes and build a scalable, efficient, and insight-led digital marketing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across performance marketing, media planning, analytics, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, and partnerships.. You will be responsible for driving digital demand generation, improving funnel efficiency, and ensuring every marketing rupee is tied to measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the overall digital marketing strategy aligned to business growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
· Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly digital roadmaps with clear goals across demand generation, awareness, and conversion.
· Drive a full-funnel marketing approach across acquisition, engagement, remarketing, and lifecycle communication.
· Identify scalable growth opportunities across new channels, audience segments, and emerging platforms.
· Lead and scale paid media across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, display/programmatic, affiliates, marketplaces, and app/performance channels where relevant.
· Own media planning, budget allocation, experimentation, and optimization to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion efficiency.
· Lead customer lifecycle strategy across WhatsApp,push, SMS, and remarketing journeys.
· Work closely with product and CRM teams to improve lead nurturing, conversion, and reactivation flows.
· Ensure accurate tracking implementation across website/app using GA4, GTM, pixels, events, UTMs, and other martech tools.
What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance-led marketing roles.
· Proven experience in leading high-budget, multi-channel digital marketing functions with measurable business impact.
· Strong understanding of full-funnel consumer journeys, acquisition economics, and digital brand-building.
· Hands-on expertise in paid media, analytics, attribution, CRM/lifecycle, and conversion optimization.
· Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational depth and execution rigor.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
· Experience in consumer internet, automotive, e-commerce, mobility, or high-growth service businesses will be a strong advantage.
· Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with high ownership.
