Position Overview:

We are looking for a Manager Performance Marketing with agency experience managing multiple clients. The role involves planning and executing performance campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, handling client communication, and driving measurable growth across paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of multiple clients: strategy, execution, and delivery timelines

* Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn (if needed)

* Lead performance tracking: CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, funnel metrics

* Create monthly plans, budgets, forecasts, and client-ready reports/presentations

* Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

* Handle client calls, weekly reviews, escalation management, and expectation setting

* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth

* Ensure best practices for tracking: GA4, GTM, Pixels, conversion events

Skill Requirements:

* 5 7 years digital marketing experience with agency background mandatory

* Proven experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously

* Strong hands-on knowledge in Google Ads + Meta Ads (search/social performance)

* Solid reporting & analytics skills: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
