Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and people-centric HR professional to lead our Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Rewards & Recognition initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a performance-driven culture while enhancing employee experience through data-driven engagement strategies and timely recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management System (PMS)

Facilitate quarterly and annual performance cycles

Support managers and employees with goal setting, periodic check-ins, quarterly feedback/ reviews, and year-end reviews

Ensure timely completion of performance feedback and evaluations

Collaborate with business leaders to enhance PMS adoption and effectiveness

2. Quarterly Performance Check-ins

Design and execute structured check-in processes across all departments

Provide guidance to managers for meaningful check-ins

Analyze and present performance trends and improvement areas to HR Head

3. Employee Engagement

Design and drive quarterly engagement initiatives (team connect, wellness, learning moments, etc.)

Conduct periodic pulse and engagement surveys; interpret data and recommend actions

Anchor new ideas to boost belonging, communication, and motivation

Collaborate with functional teams to design action plans for improvement and ensure their implementation

4. Reward & Recognition

Drive company-wide R&R programs (quarterly awards, value champions, etc.)

Develop new recognition initiatives aligned to company values and behaviors

Manage partnerships with vendors for R&R platform or gifts, if applicable

5. Culture & Communication

Work with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, cascading the values, vision and purpose of the organization at each engagement level.

Support in planning and hosting company-wide events, town halls, and culture-building campaigns

Key Measure of Success:

PMS-100% adherence to performance timelines (goal setting, reviews, etc.)

Performance Check-ins: Full adherence to complete check-ins Monthly & quarterly

Engagement- 23 quarterly initiatives successfully implemented with feedback

Rewards & Recognition- Quarterly award process executed on time with clear communication

Engagement score

Employee retention

Key Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Analytical thinking and data interpretation

Program management and stakeholder influencing

Passion for building great employee experiences

Attention to detail and organizational agility

Qualifications:

Master's degree in human resources / psychology / organizational development

57 years of relevant HR experience, with proven track record in engagement and PMS

Experience with PMS tools (e.g. Mesh AI, etc.)
