About the Role

The Manager HR Strategy will be based at the BKC Corporate Office in Mumbai and will work directly with the CHRO to shape and execute the Bank's HR and growth strategy. This strategic role involves supporting the CHRO in designing long-term plans, driving central HR initiatives, and managing key projects across the organization. The role demands a strong understanding of business dynamics, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans. You will be responsible for market research, competitive analysis, and preparing high-impact presentations and reports that support decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CHRO to develop and implement the Bank's HR and growth strategy.
  • Create long-term strategic plans with a focus on both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage key HR projects and programs across departments.
  • Support the execution of strategic HR initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Conduct market and technology research to inform and enhance HR product strategy.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decisions.
  • Drive execution of HR plans and ensure alignment with business goals.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR strategies.
  • Track and report the success of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis and industry trends.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Strategy, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in HR Strategy, HR Consulting, or Strategic HR roles.
  • Proven experience in working with senior leadership and managing enterprise-wide HR projects.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
