MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of Manager - People Office in the People Office Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will lead MTX's end-to-end global Performance Management strategies while also owning and evolving the company's global Hiring and Talent Acquisition processes. This role requires strong cross-border leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive both talent acquisition excellence and performance culture transformation globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Design and execute programs focused on leadership development, high-potential identification, and capability enhancement.
  • Implement competency frameworks, career paths.
  • Analyze talent data to present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across multiple business units.
  • Build scalable hiring frameworks for global and domestic positions.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
  • Drive employer branding, sourcing innovation, and hiring process optimization.
  • Guide and mentor TA teams to ensure quality, speed, and experience excellence.

HR Strategy & Cross-Functional HR Operations

  • Collaborate with HR COEs to support compensation, L&D, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Partner with business leaders to build and execute HR strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

Global Exposure & Travel

  • Work closely with global teams to drive HR alignment and best practices.
  • Engage in cross-border initiatives and talent projects.
  • B1 visa preferred for business travel to international locations.

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong global Performance Management leadership and Talent Acquisition exposure.
  • Hands-on experience in Performance Managementincluding talent reviews, OKRs, competency frameworks, and appraisal cycles.
  • Proven hiring experience across India and USA within IT Services or Consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global teams, scale recruitment operations, and drive transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems, digital PMS platforms, dashboards, analytics, and global compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of broader HR functions (L&D, Compensation, HR Operations, ER).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence across levels.
  • Strong executive communication, influencing ability, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Experience in building TA CoEs, global PMS models, and supporting global expansion.
  • Valid USA B1 visa (or eligibility to obtain one) preferred.
  • MBA or Master's degree in HR or related field.
