Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Handle tax calculations, statutory deductions, and filings as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for payroll and compliance processes.
  • Monitor and update policies related to payroll and compliance in line with legal changes.
  • Oversee audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Work on process improvements to enhance the efficiency of payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager Payroll & Compliance should have:
