About the role

We are looking fora zealous individual with strong financial sense to help in developing the liability side of our business. The recruit will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the cost-efficient and timely flow of debt capital.

What You will do

• Build on relationships with International Lenders/Banks and submit the information for further applications for funding
• Understand the due diligence requests from prospective lenders, research and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response
• Manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fund raising
• Handling all lender concerns on active loans and requirements of all potential lenders
• Communicate, engage, and interact with Board of Directors and Leadership Team
• Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion
• Select and engage consultants, auditors, and advisors

What you will need

• 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in Fin-tech, for debt raising through International Lenders/ Banks
• Working experience of dealing in Term Loans, NCD, ECB , Assets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
