About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager-Finance & Accounting to architect and lead our new Partnership Center of Excellence (COE). This is a high-impact leadership role centered on the financial integrity and governance of our complex partnership ecosystem.

You won't just be managing payments; you will be building the framework that ensures accuracy, scalability, and transparency across all partner-related financial activities. If you thrive at the intersection of financial controllership, process engineering, and cross-functional leadership, this role is for you. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate partner payments, robust financial controls, scalable processes, and data-driven reporting across our partnerships ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Design and establish a Center of Excellence (COE) framework to manage the financial compliance for partnership contracts.
  • Define and implement standardized, recurring processes for data validation, monitoring and reconciliation of partnership payments against contractual terms & books of accounts
  • Partner with Accounting and Strategic Finance (FP&A) to ensure accurate accruals, month-end close, and financial reporting for partnership payments, while providing insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Build robust control mechanisms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability of partnership-related financial data
  • Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and control health of partnership payment processes
  • Design comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and detailed end-to-end process charts, to support seamless system and technology integration.
  • Drive process modernisation by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, tooling, and innovation across partnership payment and compliance processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead and execute enhancement and transformation initiatives including driving stakeholder alignment to design, establish, and operationalize the operating model for partnership contract governance
  • Responsible for executive reporting i.e building & presenting to leadership on management reporting decks including providing insights and overall performance of the partnerships
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain competitive edge and compliance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance process, operations or accounting of commercial contracts with a focus on payment process design, controls & operational implementation
  • Deep understanding of Finance processes, specifically concerning upstream processes, financial analysis, and their control environment
  • Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel/Macros to handle large volumes of data and draw insights and conclusions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reporting, and KPI development
  • A good eye for detail, with the ability to drill down when necessary whilst maintaining a helicopter view
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Hands-on expertise in preparing executive & management reporting (Gsuite/ Powerpoint/AI tools)
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing impactful teams
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
