CFA Institute India Private Limited is seeking a
Manager, Partnerships & Client Solutions to strengthen employer engagement and expand career connectivity for CFA candidates across the India market.
About the Role:
As
Manager, Partnerships & Client Solutions you'll be responsible for developing, broadening, and deepening strategic business-to-business relationships across India to increase engagement with CFA Institute programmes, talent solutions, and thought leadership initiatives.
Working closely with colleagues across CFA Institute India Private Limited and the wider global organisation, this role balances business development with strong relationship management and programme delivery. A key priority is engaging employers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align CFA talent with evolving hiring and workforce capability needs.
What You'll Do:
Build and grow strategic employer partnerships
- Identify and pursue new partnership, business development, and career support opportunities aligned with CFA Institute's strategy in India
- Develop relationships with asset managers, wealth managers, global capability centres, consulting firms, and other institutional stakeholders
- Engage senior business leaders as well as HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to understand hiring trends, skill requirements, and workforce priorities
- Represent CFA Institute in outreach initiatives and stakeholder forums
Deliver structured stakeholder engagement
- Prepare and deliver persuasive, stakeholder-focused presentations on CFA programmes and talent solutions
- Gather industry insights to inform customised partnership approaches and long-term engagement strategies
- Manage client engagement and governance plans, including goal setting, reporting, and progress tracking
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce preferred) to support reporting and forecasting
Coordinate career and engagement initiatives
- Support and manage initiatives such as the India Career Accelerator Programme
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver employer roundtables, workshops, webinars, and related initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and People & Culture to support effective programme execution
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 810 years experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or similar client-facing roles within financial services, education, or professional services
- Demonstrated experience building institutional relationships and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience interacting with HR, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Structured, organised, and able to manage medium- to long-term initiatives
Preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Project management experience
- Exposure to talent solutions, workforce capability initiatives, or learning and development programmes
- Familiarity with financial institutions, capital markets, or related industry trends

Expected salary range:INR 3.5-4 million per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% EPF contribution (shared equally between employer and employee), and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
