We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Curriculum Planner for our Biology department at a reputed education group in India. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating our Biology curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and supports effective teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum for Biology courses.
- Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers on new curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.
- Support the assessment and evaluation of student learning outcomes related to the Biology curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Biology education and incorporate them into the curriculum planning process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in the field of Biology.
- Strong understanding of educational standards and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum mapping and instructional strategies for effective teaching.
