About the role: The role focuses on building and scaling high‑impact brand partnerships and data‑led monetization initiatives across key banking businesses. It involves owning the partnership lifecycle, driving loyalty‑led customer value propositions, and enabling sustainable revenue growth through strategic alliances.
Partnership and Alliances:
· Define and execute the brand partnerships strategy aligned with the Bank's Cards, Payments, Digital
Banking, and Asset businesses.
· Collaborate with internal portfolio and business teams to Identify high-potential external partners across
categories such as e-commerce, travel, lifestyle, F&B, mobility, fintechs, and subscription platforms.
· Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle: opportunity identification, proposal design, commercials,
commercial negotiations, closure, and renewal.
· Structure innovative revenue models including sponsorships, co-funded offers, CPA/CPS, revenue share,
data-led monetization, and exclusivity constructs.
· Loyalty marketing focused on designing end-to-end customer journeys and shaping compelling Customer Value Propositions (CVP) to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
· Managing Indusmoments offers page by timely adherence to offer updating, banners etc.
· Maintaining monthly offer emailer and social media calendar for merchant offers.
Data Monetization Leveraging Customer Base:
· Leverage the Bank's customer data, segmentation, and analytics capabilities to create compelling value
propositions for partner brands.
· Partner with Data, Analytics, CRM, and Martech teams to design targeted, insight-led campaigns.
· Create frameworks to responsibly monetize insights, reach, and engagement while maintaining customer trust and regulatory compliance.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
Education: MBA preferred
Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem‑led roles (preferred)

· Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
· Experience in brand partnerships, alliances, sponsorships, or ecosystem roles
· Good at Commercial structuring, pricing, and negotiation
· Strong understanding of Cards, Payments, Banking products, customer monetization models
· Ability to work in complex, regulated environments
· High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
