Role Description We're hiring a Manager, Partnership & Value Creation to support AddVita in driving platform value creation across the portfolio. Based in Singapore, this is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to sit at the centre of a growing regional platform and turn strategic priorities into practical action across founder-led portfolio companies.

You'll work across five interconnected areas: platform value creation; post-acquisition onboarding and enablement of newly acquired companies; governance and risk policy rollout across the portfolio; central knowledge management; and platform digital enablement.

You'll partner closely with founders, management teams, internal functions (GCEO, Finance, Head Investment, Tech & Digital), and external providers to strengthen delivery discipline and unlock value across the group. If you enjoy building playbooks, connecting dots between portfolio companies, and helping newly acquired businesses land smoothly onto a shared platform, this is the seat.

Qualifications

  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, business development, consulting, project management, strategy, or platform-support roles.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, business units, or countries, preferably within Southeast Asia.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medtech, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or related distribution businesses is an advantage.
  • Exposure to post-acquisition integration, governance rollout, knowledge management, or digital enablement projects is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills — you can drive workstreams across internal and external parties without formal line authority.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a decentralised, founder-friendly environment through influence rather than mandate.
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and digital tools; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • High personal integrity, sound judgement, and strong interpersonal skills.
