Business Development Manager (Healthcare Logistics / Key Account)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)

Join a well-established global logistics organization and play a key role in expanding its Healthcare Logistics business. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in managing healthcare customers and developing integrated logistics solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business opportunities and grow strategic Healthcare/Life Sciences accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead solution selling by developing end-to-end logistics proposals and customized supply chain solutions.
- Manage tender submissions, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence for key accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
- Proven Business Development or Key Account Management experience within the Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences / Aviation Logistics industry.
- Experience handling contract logistics, warehousing, transportation or integrated supply chain solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution selling and tender management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from Healthcare Logistics backgrounds will be highly preferred.
