Position Overview
The Manager - Partner Channel will be responsible for driving Blue Dart's partner business strategy, ensuring network expansion, revenue growth, and partner excellence. The role will oversee national partner channel performance, support development of new channel opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Blue Dart's presence across markets.
Job Purpose
To manage and grow the partner channel business nationally, aligning with the organization's commercial strategy, delivering financial and operational goals, enhancing customer access, and ensuring consistency in partner performance and brand standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Partner Channel Strategy & Development
- Support design and execution of the national partner channel strategy in line with overall business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new partner tie-ups and business models to expand reach.
Revenue & Profitability Management
- Drive achievement of revenue, margin, and volume targets through effective partner engagement.
- Develop incentive and promotional programs to boost partner performance and profitability.
Partner Relationship & Performance Management
- Establish strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and service standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify underperforming partners, and implement corrective actions.
Customer Experience & Brand Alignment
- Ensure partners deliver consistent service quality that reflects Blue Dart's brand promise.
- Drive adherence to brand, operational, and compliance standards across the partner network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to roll out initiatives, campaigns, and digital tools for partner enablement.
- Partner with finance and legal teams on agreements, commercials, and governance.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Provide guidance and support to partner-facing teams at corporate and regional levels.
- Facilitate training, knowledge-sharing, and alignment on partner channel objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in driving partner/channel growth at a national or corporate level.
Skills & Capabilities

- Strong knowledge of partner economics, channel strategies, and commercial models.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management practices.
- Ability to manage performance dashboards, incentives, and profitability analytics.
