Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • EPM Solution Management:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Tagetik EPM solutions to support financial performance management processes.
  • Configure and customize Tagetik for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and seamless integration with other financial systems (ERP, BI tools, etc.).
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Drive the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Support strategic financial decision-making through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
  • Optimize financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Project & Team Leadership:
  • Manage EPM projects from initiation to completion, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead and mentor a team of EPM analysts and developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance EPM processes, automate manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest Tagetik features, upgrades, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to EPM processes and data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in EPM or finance (e.g., CFA, CPA, Tagetik Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5–7 years of experience in EPM, financial planning & analysis, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years focused on Tagetik.
  • Hands-on experience with Tagetik implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong background in finance, accounting, and performance management processes.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tagetik EPM software, including budgeting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools is a plus.
