About The Role
We are looking for a Manager, Organizational Development who is passionate about helping
people grow, creative in designing impactful programs, analytical and data-savvy, and highly
collaborative.
In this role, you will partner with employees to set goals, track progress, and build their skills.
You'll work closely with the People Team and domain leads on learning and development, talent
management, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with a global Organizational Development team to design and deliver programs
across the employee lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with employees and help connect them to GALE, their role,
their work, their career, and their wellbeing.
- Serve as an ambassador for GALE's Core Values: Masters of Our Craft, Friends

Matters.
- Coach employees 1:1 on goal setting, career development, and growth.
- Lead the collection, delivery, and follow-through of employee feedback and action
planning.
- Design and facilitate employee engagement, recognition, and training programs.
- Support domain leads with people planning across learning & development, talent
management, engagement, culture, and wellbeing.
- Manage a cohort of new graduates as part of our GALE Development Program.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a
related field.
- Graduate degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent
experience is an asset.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development,
Employee Engagement, and/or Learning & Development.
- Proven experience collaborating with employees, creating innovative people programs,
and advising leaders on people-related topics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Clear and proactive communicator who can provide updates, escalate issues when
needed, and confidently lead projects and initiatives.
