Role Brief
This role will be driving the learning and development initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, overseeing digital learning platforms, and driving organization-wide organizational development (OD) initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Co-create, develop, and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of digital learning platforms and technologies to enhance learning experiences and accessibility across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
- Lead and drive organization-wide OD initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure the alignment of learning and development initiatives with performance management processes.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and learning partners.

- Demonstrated ability to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and optimize investments for business impact.
- Proficient in managing all stages of employee development, from recruitment to succession planning.
- Skilled in leading L&D teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strong in planning, executing, and monitoring L&D projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Expertise in designing engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
- Proficient in leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance learning delivery and accessibility.
Required Qualification and Experience
- MBA Degree with HR specialization.
- 8+ years of experience in L&D, OD Function.
- Must have experience around implementation of Digital Learning platform in a manufacturing organization.
- Certifications around facilitations / moderations and Instructional design will be an added advantage.
- Highly organized and self-driven, excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English, offering fluent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
