Job Description

Role Brief

This role will be driving the learning and development initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, overseeing digital learning platforms, and driving organization-wide organizational development (OD) initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Co-create, develop, and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of digital learning platforms and technologies to enhance learning experiences and accessibility across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
  • Lead and drive organization-wide OD initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure the alignment of learning and development initiatives with performance management processes.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and learning partners.

Functional Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and optimize investments for business impact.
  • Proficient in managing all stages of employee development, from recruitment to succession planning.
  • Skilled in leading L&D teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Strong in planning, executing, and monitoring L&D projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Expertise in designing engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
  • Proficient in leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance learning delivery and accessibility.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • MBA Degree with HR specialization.
  • 8+ years of experience in L&D, OD Function.
  • Must have experience around implementation of Digital Learning platform in a manufacturing organization.
  • Certifications around facilitations / moderations and Instructional design will be an added advantage.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English, offering fluent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Travel: 25%
