Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Order Management Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Order Management Manager to lead the Order Entry and O2C process for US customers. The role involves managing a team, handling purchase orders, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Order Entry / Customer Service team
  • Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
  • Verify and process customer Purchase Orders
  • Support US customers during US business hours
  • Maintain orders using Salesforce, Rootstock, Softeon, or similar tools
  • Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of total experience with 2+ years in team management
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and order processing
  • Experience working with US customers
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce / Rootstock / Softeon
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
