Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager or Associate Director in AI Risk Assessment, located in South Bengaluru. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing risk assessment frameworks for AI-related projects. Responsibilities include evaluating AI models for transparency, fairness, and performance, identifying potential ethical, legal, and operational risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals is an essential part of this position. The candidate will also monitor evolving regulatory and ethical guidelines and help clients adhere to industry best practices in AI governance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI risk assessment, AI governance, and machine learning frameworks
• Proficiency in data analysis, algorithm auditing, and ethical AI principles
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, compliance frameworks, and industry standards
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Master's or advanced degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred for Associate Director level)
• Experience in the technology consulting domain is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts for a non-technical audience
