What are we looking for

Highly proficient Commercial professional. The candidate should have substantive expertise and experience in negotiation, sourcing/ procurement, purchase/ inventory management, vendor development and management of experiential marketing and events. A strong extensive knowledge of business practices, economics, and acquiring exposure with excellent networking, communication and presentation skills is essential.

The individual must have developed analytical and evaluation skills to make the best acquisition and investment decisions, and also hands on experience in overseeing overall functions of Purchase Entailing, Vendor Development, Sourcing, Imports and Budgetary Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procuring materials and managing relationships with the buyers for building a loyal customer base
• Developing long-term partnerships with local & foreign suppliers; managing cost, delivery and quality norms
• Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material/ execution of job works
• Identifying, evaluating, negotiating & configuring supply across multiple geographies to reduce costs, maximize performance and mitigate risks
• Ensuring optimum inventory levels for achieving cost savings without hampering the process and preparing reports for the same
• Managing capital good purchase activities; conducting joint studies with various end users for technical evaluation of various suppliers and developing various negotiation strategies for discussion with suppliers
• Contract management activities and Rate card finalization
• Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production targets
• Process adherence to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures
• Responsible for doing Procurement Spend Analysis and Budgeting
