Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance / Operations team of 20–25 members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective team performance.
• Manage team activities including task allocation, workload management, performance monitoring, and workflow coordination.
• Review and maintain the quality of final output reports before delivery to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver client-specific reports based on individual client requirements, formats, and specifications.
• Ensure all reports and deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
• Monitor team output to identify errors, gaps, and quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and project deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve operational and quality-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Track and monitor team performance, productivity, quality metrics, and adherence to timelines.
• Provide regular guidance, feedback, coaching, and support to team members to improve individual and overall team performance.
• Handle client interactions and coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve queries, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Take ownership of the overall quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of the final product/output.
• Identify operational challenges and take appropriate actions to improve team productivity and service delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Process Management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of 20–25 members.
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
• Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage work within strict timelines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
