Job Title: Manager – Operations

Job Summary:
The Manager – Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficient service delivery, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily hospital operations across departments (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, emergency, support services).
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and experience.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as bed occupancy, turnaround time, patient wait time, and discharge efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI), and hospital policies.
- Oversee vendor management, facility management, housekeeping, and biomedical waste management.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Support HR in staffing, training, and performance management of operational staff.
- Prepare reports, MIS dashboards, and operational analytics for leadership review.
- Manage budgets and control operational expenses.
- Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree (MHA/MBA – Healthcare) preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
