Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and improve operational processes to optimize performance and workflow.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational problems and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research, product development, and formulation activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the laboratory.
