In-depth understanding of the Oil and Gas value chain, including midstream and downstream sectors (upstream experience is optional).
Comprehensive understanding of the Natural Gas value chain, including LNG Terminals, NG Transmission, and NG Distribution.
Strong grasp of the Oil value chain, including petroleum products, LPG, and sector dynamics.
Expertise in the Biofuels, Green Hydrogen, and Electric Vehicles (EVs) value chains, with a deep understanding of each segment.
Provide end-to-end transaction advisory services, including commercial due diligence and valuation assignments.
Independently manage consulting projects, overseeing aspects such as quality, timelines, profitability, client relationships, and collections.
Conduct financial and commercial analysis, reviewing sector trends, company financials, regulations, projections, risk analysis, and assessments, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.
Open to working on assignments unrelated to current domain expertise, while building knowledge and skills in new areas.
Willingness to travel across locations in India and abroad and be stationed at client sites as per project requirements.
Support outreach activities, including writing articles and conducting in-house research.
Interact with clients to explain and clarify financial models, providing insights and recommendations.
