At Store Solutions, software engineering is at the heart of everything we do. To strengthen our India division, we are looking for a Team Manager - Software Development with a strong technical background, a passion for leadership, and the ability to drive global, crossfunctional teams.

As Team Manager, you will lead and manage international development teams located in India (Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore) and Germany (Prague, Darmstadt, Bonn), playing an essential role in building a new Android-based and Windows-based multi-platform application used in 35,000+ DHL retail stores across Germany. This strategic product will replace our current Windows-only desktop solution (C# / .NET MAUI). Your leadership will directly influence customer experience, system reliability, and innovation speed in one of DHL's most business-critical environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management - Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams across India and Germany. - Foster a culture of high ownership, Agile mindset, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Enable and empower teams to deliver high-quality software with end-to-end responsibility.
Technical Direction & Delivery Excellence
- Drive software development using modern Microsoft technologies: C#, .NET, .NET MAUI, Azure Cloud, Windows OS.
- Ensure high-quality architecture, scalable design, CI/CD pipelines and secure coding standards.
- Oversee the development of a new multi-platform sales and services application for DHL retail stores. Agile Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead Agile ceremonies and foster strong collaboration within Scrum teams.
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and clear reporting.
- Optimize delivery processes using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Teams & Miro.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong experience in software engineering and technical leadership
- At least 5 years of Agile/Scrum experience in multinational teams
- Experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Strong understanding of C#, .NET, .NET MAUI, Windows OS development, Azure Cloud fundamentals
- Analytical mindset, structured working style, high adaptability
- German language skills: B2
