Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales planning, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and managing the execution of strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, delivering training to new team members, ensuring seamless customer engagement, and managing a sales team to achieve desired outcomes. Effective collaboration with other departments to address customer needs is essential.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and address customer needs effectively
  • Sales and Sales Management skills with experience in driving results and achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in community or real estate technology sales is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
