– Referral Understanding customer expectations, developing customer loyalty & referral programs, creating a quality customer sales experience, to acquire new customers.

1.Intuitive to customer's needs

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

3. A background in customer service or sales is a plus

4. Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)

5. Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly

6. Ability to work well with others

7.Take up new initiatives, ideate and execute on new/existing lead generation
