Job Description

We are seeking a Manager of Integrated Solutions Sales to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the technical and commercial value proposition of assigned projects and managing a team of sales managers. The ideal candidate will ensure strategic alignment and differentiation from the competition by defining the level of partnership agreements and actively collaborating with C-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Integrated Solutions Sales managers to achieve sales target agreements.
  • Act as the C-level key customer contact for all technical and commercial details during the project sales acquisition process.
  • Ensure the strategic fit and differentiation from competitors by defining the level of partnership agreement based on added values.
  • Implement Value-Based Selling strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop appropriate sales and technical solutions for customers.
  • Lead consulting discussions with clients regarding end-to-end process solutions and engineering designs.
  • Bridge communication between Process Engineering and Operations Management teams and clients to construct value propositions aligned with process requirements.
  • Present at conferences to network and enhance the visibility of our project business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Biochemical, Biology, or Pharmacy or a related field.
  • A post-engineering qualification in Management is considered a significant advantage.
  • Extensive experience in team management and industrial selling, with a preference for the biopharmaceuticals market.
