Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement OD programs aligned with our organizational strategy.
Drive culture and change initiatives that foster growth and innovation.
Lead end-to-end management of change projects and showcase their organizational impact.
Diagnose organizational issues and provide recommendations for new projects.
Implement RISE programs to empower our workforce.
Spearhead EVP initiatives and elevate our Great Place to Work (GPTW) branding.
Stay updated with industry best practices within your field.

Job Requirements:
MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges only
Strong knowledge of OD & Change Management Models, Strategy Models, and HR practices
Exceptional relationship management, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Results-oriented with a strategic mindset (30%) and execution capabilities (70%)
